In this semester the main goal was to manage detached 2-3 storey building. 

In this semester I:

• Gained knowledge of Danish building law (Building Regulations);

• Got understanding of different phases through construction process;

• Gained basic knowledge of legal conditions which apply when planning a detached house;

• Gained a basic understanding of materials and building components or systems used in the design and production of small houses;

• Learned to mae static calculations for load bearing systems in the building;

• Learned to translate static systems into relevant details;

• Gained knowledge of different services in the building, and at the end of semester to make energy calculations;

• Learned to solve, plan, carry out and evaluate surveying;
