This was the first semester we needed to start from nothing. We just got a requirements, that building needs to be 3-4 storey high, it needs to have comercial area in the groundfloor and the top  storey needs to be a penthouse. This was very interesting semester, because you could design building by your own and use your all knowledge you had from previous semesters.

This semester was very hard and knowledge-full. It was hard, because when you design building from nothing, you need to think about all the services in early phases and also that you use all the space available in the apartments.

In the individual part we were assigned to make a tender package for contractors for one part of the building. My chosen part was green roof in ground floors extension part. As I mentioned before, my passion is digital drawing, therefore in my detail drawings I paid a big attention to every smallest detail in the drawing and I put a lot of information on the drawings, so contractor in real life would know what exactly are my requirements for the building part I am tendering.
