This was my final semester before graduation. The semester consisted of two parts, where one part was elective writing and other was final project. My choice of elective's topic was - BIM as Helping Tool to Improve Communication in Architectural Studios. The topic was chosen because I am very interested in the BIM process, and how can it help companies in the building industry. During my internship I saw a great potential of using BIM process as communication improver both - inside design team as well as between client -, therefore, the topic was chosen. 

For my bachelor project I chose to develop multi-storey building from scratch and work with it. This semester I focused on making quality Revit model in early design phase, in order to my work-flow easier as I had very tight schedule to finish the project in time. From the model I took all the quantities, made view templates and everything else, just to improve the quality of deliveries and to save some time.
